Color is also known as the use of hue in artwork and design. Defined as primary colors (red, yellow, blue) which can be directly mixed to create other hues. Primary and Secondary create Teritary, and so on. Things like tint and shade add variations in value.

Texture is the quality of a surface or the way the art work is represented. Different textures can be made using lines.  It can be implied or real.

Form can be created by the adding  two or more shapes or it can be three-dimensional shape (sphere, cylinder, etc.). A form can be enhanced buy texture, tone, etc. Form shows height, depth  and width.
